About Us

Become The Change Inc. is a California based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Ahteana “GearsofTRUTH” Jones—an advocate, mentor, and Harley-Davidson enthusiast whose love for motorcycles drives a powerful mission of transformation. What began as a personal passion has grown into a movement dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and community-centered programs.

At Become The Change Inc., we harness the discipline, focus, and freedom found in motorcycle culture to engage young people—especially those from underserved and at-risk backgrounds. Our programs are designed to help youth discover their purpose, build confidence, and develop life skills that lead to real, lasting change.

We believe that every young person deserves to feel seen, supported, and inspired. Through leadership workshops, mentorship opportunities, character-building events, and community givebacks, we create spaces where children can grow into responsible, confident leaders who know their value and potential.
